Terms of Service

Artist owns all copyrights of personal commissioned artworks; this includes any and all rights afforded to the artist in accordance to international copyright law.

Personal commissions MUST NOT be used for commercial purposes such as promotions, streams, merchandise production etc.
(Commercial commissions will be priced differently)

WIP snippets and final result of commission may be posted on artist's social media for promotional and/or portfolio purposes. If the client wishes to keep the work private, they can choose to opt-out on the order form.

Clients may use the commission for non-commercial purposes such as: reposting on social media with credit; using as pfp/background/banner; printing for personal use etc.

Please DO NOT use the commissioned art for training AI generators, creating NFTs or tracing/editing/reproducing for commercial purposes without permission,

Client may not alter the completed artwork without the artist's consent.

Do not falsely claim credit for the commissioned artwork. 

Artist will go through order forms on a first-come-first-serve basis.

If the commission is accepted, the artist will send a confirmation email. Any extra details or negotiations will go down in email from there.

Upon agreeing on the subject of the commission, an invoice will be sent for the full or 50% upfront payment.

During the draft/sketching phase, the client may request to make up to 3 major changes. Once the final draft has been confirmed, the client can request up to 4 minor changes.

Any additional changes required by the client after the limit is reached may result in additional charges.

Artist will send WIP pictures to keep the client updated.

When the commission has been completed, the artist will send a watermarked, reduced-quality version of the commission to the client for proof and checking.

Once the final version has been confirmed, the second invoice with the remaining payment (if applicable) will be sent.

Upon receiving the full payment, the high resolution commission file(s) will be delivered to the client.

Payments are accepted in USD through PayPal (or with bank-transfer in AUD if local).

Commissions can either be paid 50% or 100% upfront. If the former option is chosen; the remaining 50% must be paid upon completion, before the full resolution files are sent to you.

You will receive the invoice after your order is confirmed.

The final invoice will be issued upon completion and client verification.

There will be no refunds unless a personal matter in the artist's life affects their ability to complete the commission.
In this case, the artist will notify you about this matter and issue a full refund.

A refund can also be negotiated if the client wishes to cancel an order before the artist starts on the commission.
